Hey, guys here I am today to unveil world’s top 10 airports. It’s a pleasure to do this for sure. This ranking is based on Skytrax Annual Ranking declared on 14th of March 2017 in Amsterdam. Also popular as Passenger Choice Awards, these are the most famed awards in the Airport Sector. This classification is based on the response from approximately 14 million international airline customers across 105 countries. This analysis includes 550+ airports and encompasses 30+ service and performance criterion which includes list of available facilities, bathroom location, language skills of airport staff etc

1. Singapore Changi International Airport

Guys, there’s absolutely no surprise here for the top spot. Singapore Changi International Airport has been the winner of highly acclaimed Skytrax Annual Ranking Awards for the fifth successive time. This airport is simply nothing less than an awesome experience!

Changi Airport, located on the eastern side of Singapore has direct flights to 200+ important cities across the globe. This is one of the World’s Busiest Airport with a very high Frequency of Passengers with approximately 5000 arrivals and departures recorded within a week. Besides, more than 80 International Airlines operates out of Changi Airport. Keeping in mind its current amazing track records, it’s highly unlikely that any other airport to better Changi’s performance in the near future.

3. Incheon Int’l Airport

Incheon International Airport is built on a northwestern island of South Korea. The airport stands on a man-made piece of land between Yeongjong and Yongyu Islands. Inaugurated in the year 2001, this airport boasts itself as one of the World’s most elite airports with unique niceties like the golf course, ice skating arena, casino, gardens, etc. The airport is also famous for cultural programs and a Korean cultural museum. Incheon International Airport, which has just one passenger terminal now is soon going to have two passenger terminals. 4. Munich Airport

6. Hamad International Airport

The international airport of Doha – Hamad International Airport has an enormous capacity of 30 million passengers annually. One of the costliest airports of the world started in the year 2014. Its 2 terminals which spread over a sprawling 5400 acres of land took $16 billion to build. The only airport in the middle east to earn a “5-star Airport” ranking has improved tremendously which clearly reflects in its jump from 22nd position in 2015 to 10th position in 2016 to 6th position in 2017. Surely, it’ll go a long way!

7. Central Japan International Airport

It took 5 long years to build and was opened in the year 2005. Central Japan International Airport, also known as Centrair is located near Nagoya and forms the primary international gateway for the Central Japan. The airport which has been awarded as “The Best Regional Airport” in Skytrax Annual Awards 2016 is a highly active airport internationally as well as domestically. This year it has been awarded a “5 – star airport” rating.

8. Zurich International Airport

Zurich International Airport, the biggest international airport in Switzerland was formally inaugurated in the year 1953. The most engaged airport of Switzerland is situated in the city of Zurich. 9. Heathrow International Airport

10. Frankfurt International Airport

Come to Germany’s Frankfurt airport and brace yourself for an out and out amazing experience! The largest airport in Germany is the third largest airport in Europe. The airport consists of two passenger terminals and four runways. Each passenger terminal comprises of office spaces, hotels, conference parks, shopping malls etc!
